Working across Google districts in the San Francisco Bay Area, I designed transformative projects that promoted vibrant, resilient, and equitable change for communities, cities, and Google. I worked with a team of multidisciplinary development managers to create arts and culture, learning, economic mobility, and partner engagement frameworks and strategies that deliver economically successful and vibrant communities.

Manager, Sustainable Economics
Sustainable, resilient, and equitable solutions for clients and the communities they serve, to overcome the challenges we face and to realize the opportunities presented by a changing climate.
I worked across AECOM’s national Sustainable Economics practice to deliver projects that leverage my broad technical expertise in sustainability, resilience, city and strategic planning, economic development, equity, and community engagement.
I was responsible for technical tasks, including resilience and climate adaption planning, net zero roadmap development, post-disaster economic recovery planning, urban planning, Transit Oriented Development, affordable and missing middle housing, and stakeholder engagement and co-design with communities and decision-makers. As a certified AECOM project manager, I was responsible for the delivery of projects to ensure they were on-time and to budget, met the clients expectations, and adhered to AECOM’s robust QA/QC procedures.

Senior Analyst, Global Cities
Developing partnerships across disciplines and geographies to deliver transformative projects that meet the needs of cities, regions, and communities.
I worked alongside AECOM’s Global Cities Director, Global Program Manager, and local teams to design and deliver transformative projects, that responded to unique local contexts. I was a key technical expert, supporting our local teams with resilience, sustainability, city planning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. I was responsible for global knowledge exchange, creation of thought leadership, internal and external communication, and extensive stakeholder and partner engagement and co-design activities.
I was the program manager for AECOM’s overall contribution to SPUR’s 2070 Regional Strategy, which required extensive engagement with partners across the Bay Area, progress monitoring, and managing deliverables across multiple workstreams. I was also a lead author on several contributions, with focus on regional planning, urban planning, resilience, and housing delivery and innovations. Examples are available on my project page.
Global Cities was a key growth initiatives for AECOM, designed to bring the best of AECOM to our clients, create new and expanded project opportunities, and position the firm as a global thought leader.

Senior Consultant, Sustainability and Planning
Integrating sustainability and resilience best practices into strategic and regionally planning efforts, to realize economically successful and equitable development.
I worked across AECOM’s sustainability, resilience, and city planning teams across the U.K., Europe, and Middle East on a range of initiatives, including the 100 Resilient Cities program (pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation). I was a key contact and technical expert for the Rotterdam and Ramallah resilience strategies. Each strategy required strong relationship and partnership building across each city’s government functions and external stakeholders, the application of best practice innovation and experience, and strong project management capabilities to deliver the final documents. I was a key technical expert for strategic masterplanning projects, green and blue infrastructure strategies, economic development plans, socio-economic impact assessments, and planning application support.
