About Me
I’m a climate adaptation and urban resilience specialist with over 12 years of experience working across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery. I develop resilience and sustainability frameworks that are fundable, actionable, and built with the communities they serve.
I’ve led resilience strategies for cities including Rotterdam, Ramallah, and Greater Miami through the Rockefeller Foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities programme. I’ve managed multi-million dollar climate advisory portfolios at AECOM, overseen a $48m EPA grant programme for the City of Austin, and developed net zero and climate adaptation plans for infrastructure clients across the US.
I work with public agencies, infrastructure operators, and private sector clients who need more than a plan. They need a path to implementation.
Every project I lead is a step toward a more resilient,
sustainable, and equitable future.

Equitable and Inclusive
Equity and inclusion are not separate from resilience work. They are central to it. I’ve carried that conviction into my professional practice, including founding AECOM’s Pride Americas Employee Resource Group and contributing to the firm’s global ESG strategy as a member of its Social Value Working Group.
