Partnership Building and Engagement

Net Zero Roadmap
Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, NY and NY

The development of the Net Zero Roadmap required extensive internal engagement across the Port Authority’s line departments, including airports, ports, real estate, transit, and bridges and tunnels. Each engagement activity was tailored to the audience and purpose of the session, which ensured we gathered all necessary inputs to guide roadmap development, share knowledge across line departments, and ultimately build a network of champions to support implementation.

Resilient Strategies, 100RC
Various cities

I led the development and implementation of approaches that brought together internal city government departments and external stakeholders, through large in-person workshops, smaller break-out groups and activities, and one-on-one sessions. The content and structure of each engagement was tailored to the participants and the purpose of the session. I successfully built partnerships and gathered inputs that supported the team’s understanding of each city’s unique context, which supported the identifaction of specific projects and actions required to realize a resilient future. The successful implementation of the resilience strategies required a strong network of partnerships from across geographies and sectors that come together to deliver initiatives.
